Jaser.ai

About Jaser

We built Jaser to give candidates more practice without removing the human from the process.

Interview preparation works best with repetition. But for organizations supporting cohorts, every live mock interview consumes counsellor time. Jaser was built around that tension: let candidates practise more while giving teams better visibility into the moments where human support matters most.

Why Jaser

Technology should multiply human support, not replace it.

01

We saw a simple problem: candidates need several repetitions before an important interview, while counsellors cannot be present for every attempt. Between appointments, there is often no structured way to practise, receive feedback and see progress.

02

Jaser turns that repetitive part into a workflow: candidates practise at their own pace, receive structured feedback, repeat, and then counsellors get a concise view of progress and the areas that still need human support.

03

We build Jaser with organizations so the platform fits into the way their teams already work instead of becoming another isolated tool. Our goal is to give teams more capacity and the people they support more opportunities to practise.
